If for any reason our team missed the mark, we're here to help by repairing or replacing your item. As long as we’re in business, we’ll make it right.
If your product was damaged in shipping, we’ve got your back.
We don’t cover cosmetic damage that happens after your product has been installed.
Our products will show signs of normal wear and tear. Under most circumstances this falls outside of our Warranty, but if you feel that your product is not meeting your expectations we’d love to hear from you.
Well Made reserves the right to refuse Warranty.
If a product shows signs that it has been used in a way that was not intended, we reserve the right to refuse Warranty.
If you’d like to return or exchange your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery that’s perfectly acceptable, learn more here.
If a product has failed, contact us with; 1. Your receipt/order number, 2. Photos of the problem, and 3. Description of the problem. We’ll take the steps necessary to replace the product or part as quickly as possible. We typically respond to Warranty requests within 48 hours, and aim to fulfill Warranty requests within 1 week.
