Yes! Our products are designed to stand the test of time. Learn more about the Well Made 100 Year Warranty.

Once an item has been placed into the shopping cart and you begin the checkout process, our automated system will estimate the cost of shipping based on the delivery address. Custom fabrication and lumber require a shipping estimate prepared by a Well Made staff member. Learn more about our Shipping Policies.

Our products are made at our headquarters in Chicago, IL USA or our bulk manufacturing facility in Słupca, Poland.

Yes. All of our products manufactured in Poland are FSC certified, the leading international standard for responsible international lumber sourcing. Products manufactured in our Chicago facility use domestically sourced lumber. This material is not FSC certified as US lumber production far surpasses usage, negating the need for the chain of custody FSC certification provides.

Yes. All of our finishes are certified through 3rd party chemical analysis by Intertek Labs. Our products are held to the highest US safety standards of CA Proposition 65. Material Safety Data Sheets and Intertek testing results are available upon request.

Yes. We offer wholesale discounts to Distributors and Retailers. Discounts for 501(C)(3) non-profit organizations are also available. Please visit our Wholesale page for more details.

Yes. We got our start designing and building custom furniture and we still take on plenty of custom projects. Lead times and cost vary depending on the level of customization, and all custom orders are final. Contact us for more details.

Yes. We offer custom engraving on all of our products (with an additional customization fee). We are currently working on making this a much easier process, but until that time, please contact us for help before making a product purchase.

Yes. You can identify at checkout if you want a gift receipt (the price is not shown) instead of our standard packing slip. Gift cards are currently unavailable through our website, please contact us for assistance. 

Yes. While we do ship internationally, due to logistical complexities, sales shipped outside the United States are final. Learn more about our Shipping Policies.
