What's your returns and exchanges policy?

If you are not satisfied with your Well Made product, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Due to logistics, all custom and international sales are final. Returns and exchanges must be approved by our staff and received in resalable condition prior to refund or exchange shipment. Please include photographs of any damaged goods immediately upon receiving them and attach them in your initial email request for return or exchange. Once approved, a return label will be sent via email. 

If the items are received by Well Made and deemed unfit for sale due to customer negligence, or if the customer does not comply with our return packaging policy, 25% of the original listing price as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please note that items that are crafted out of natural materials, such as hardwood, will vary in grain, color, and texture. In addition to this, monitor and screen settings may skew color swatches. Items deemed fit for sale despite natural variations within grain, texture, color and appearance will not be eligible for a shipping refund.

What's the Return Packaging Policy?

In order to receive your full refund please follow these instructions, failure to do so will result in both re-shipment and restocking fees. 

  1. We’ll process your return slip through our shipping software and a PDF label will be automatically sent to the email address used on the order.
  2. Please print and attach this label securely to the package covering the previous label, making sure the barcode is unobstructed. We recommend covering the barcode in clear tape to protect it.
  3. When packing your order, please do the following; please do NOT include the hardware packet as it can come loose and damage the items, pack each end of the tube with the brown paper padding included in the original shipment and finally, please cover the ends of the tube with enough tape to ensure the caps remain in place.
